Say “yes” to a refreshing walk. “Yes” to reading a book. “Yes” to a manicure or a game with your crew, whatever you like best … or both. “Yes” to working up a sweat and taking a nap.
Whatever you do, there is no time like the present to stop denying yourself all the things that help you relax, recharge, reset.
