1. Spend 30 minutes being active with your family two to three times a week with different takes on global favorite badminton. Not enough time? Try a different game for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Find or make your equipment. Don’t have a racket or shuttlecock? Make your own from household materials using our guide.

3. Include some of our games: Longest Rally, Furthest Flight, Shuttlecock Bounce, or Keep It Airborne.
