So how do we do this FULL-Life Hack?

1. Spend 30 minutes being active with your family two to three times a week with these kid-friendly games! Not enough time? Try holding a different event for 10 to 15 minutes over several days.

2. Choose a number of fun, silly or challenging games based on the age and skill level of those playing.

3. What about swimming, running, cycling, or soccer? Create your own “competition.”
