FULL-Life Hacks – Healthy Treasure Hunt
1. Spend 30 minutes being active with your family two to three times a week by having a treasure hunt for household items. Add fitness challenges to get everyone moving.
2. Write the clues and fitness challenges for your Healthy Treasure Hunt. These clues will guide players from one spot to the next.
3. Players will have to complete fitness challenges — like 10 jumping jacks or 10 lunges — to get the next clue. (Make sure the clues and fitness challenges are age-appropriate.)
